Exciting Announcement: TCC’s Transition to a State-of-the-Art Electronic Health Record System Supported by Legacy Health!
We are thrilled to announce TCC’s transition from our current electronic health record system to a state-of-the-art system supported by Legacy Health! While we are not joining Legacy Health, we will be utilizing their cutting-edge system to elevate your patient experience at TCC to new heights.
Here’s everything you need to know:
Online Scheduling Downtime: Please note that our online scheduling system will be offline from Friday, May 3rd through Sunday, May 5th, as we make necessary updates and adjustments for the transition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Online scheduling will resume at TCC’s website on Monday, May 6th.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early: In light of the system transition, we kindly ask all patients to arrive 15 minutes early to their appointments starting May 6th. This will allow our staff to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for everyone, including the confirmation of information you have previously provided.
Confirmation of Information: As part of our commitment to accuracy and quality care, patients will be asked to confirm information they have previously provided to us at check-in. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
Transition to Legacy MyHealth: We’re thrilled to announce that TCC’s online portal will be moving to Legacy MyHealth, offering a convenient mobile app for managing your healthcare needs. While TCC is not a part of Legacy Health, we will be utilizing their electronic health record system and online MyHealth portal to enhance your experience with us. Detailed instructions for accessing Legacy MyHealth will be provided to all patients next week.
Medication Refills: If you currently use TCC’s portal to refill medications, you will use Legacy’s MyHealth going forward. In the interim, please contact your provider’s office to request that refill.
Staff Support: Our dedicated staff will be available to support you throughout this transition period. Whether you have questions about the new system or need assistance with Legacy MyHealth, we’re here to help.
