Corynn Bernhardt, Care Coordinator

Corynn holds a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University in Human Development and Family Sciences, focusing on Child Development and minoring in Psychology. She spent 15 months living and working in Quito, Ecuador in South America and has volunteered with Medical Teams International in Romania since middle school. She is a former swim instructor, early childhood educator, and Head Start Home Visitor. She is bilingual in Spanish.

Caitlin Khoury, Ph.D., BCBA

Caitlin Khoury is a licensed psychologist. She graduated in 2016 with her doctorate in Psychology and Masters in Special Education from the University of Oregon. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and her post-doctoral fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University where she specialized in pediatric psychology/ behavioral pediatrics.

Ashwini S Baitmangalkar, LPC

Ashwini Baitmangalkar is a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience in behavior health treatment. She holds Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology and Counseling. Her post graduate experience includes therapy, research, teaching, and assessment. She is an experienced crisis clinician and specializes in short term, solution focused therapy. With international qualifications and experience, Ashwini has a deep understanding of cross cultural and multicultural influences impacting our lives today.

Cigdem Toroslu, M.D.

Dr. Toroslu graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in 2003 and completed her pediatric residency at St. Louis Children’s Hospital/Washington University in 2006.  She worked as a pediatric chief resident at St. Louis Children’s Hospital until 2007.  After residency, she moved to Portland, Oregon and worked for Kaiser Permanente for ten years. She joined The Children’s Clinic in 2017 and shares a practice with Dr. Jocelyn Hayes.  She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Kim Wollmuth, M.D.

Graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1999 and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Arizona Health Sciences in 2002.  Dr. Wollmuth is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  After practicing in St. Louis and Bend, she returned “home” to Portland and joined The Children’s Clinic in 2016.

Jocelyn Hayes, M.D.

Graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2006. She completed her internship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, then returned to Seattle to complete her residency at Seattle Children's Hospital in 2009. She is board certified in Pediatrics.  Following residency, she worked at Pediatric Associates in Bellevue, WA. In 2011, she took a position as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Seattle Children's Hospital where she cared for inpatient pediatric patients.  She and her family moved to Portland in the summer of 2014.

Dodi L.T. Wade, P.N.P.

Completed her Masters of Science in nursing and her pediatric nurse practitioner training at the University of Virginia in 1998. Dodi is certified by the National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Nurses and is a Fellow of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She is married and has a daughter and a son. In addition to covering Dr. Nichols pulmonary patients, Dodi also assists the physicians with their schedules as needed.

Smita Tomkoria, M.D.

Graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine in 1997. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Tomkoria is has one daughter and one son.  She enjoys caring for children from infancy into adulthood and working together with patients and their families to promote wellness and treat disease.  Scientific research and evidence-based information are the foundation for her practice.  Dr.

Lisa A. Reynolds, M.D.

Graduated from UCLA medical school. She completed her Pediatric residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics at Legacy Emanuel Children’s Hospital. Dr. Reynolds joined the Children’s Clinic in 1995. She enjoys practice even more with every year as she watches her patients grow and develop, welcome their siblings and evolve into independent young men and women. She feels privileged to be a part of their lives and to help her patients and their families along the way.  She spends much of the day smiling as she interacts with her patients.

Rex Puterbaugh, M.D.

Graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2008 and completed his pediatric residency at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). He then trained in a pediatric endocrinology fellowship for a year and a half at OHSU before joining The Children’s Clinic in January of 2013. He is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
