Dr. Murphy graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1998. She then completed a residency program in Pediatrics at the University of California at Irvine in 2001. She earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. She is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Murphy feels honored to work as a pediatrician. As a mom of three kids herself, she knows firsthand that the journey of parenting can be wonderfully fulfilling, totally exhausting, complicated and confusing, and always full of surprise. She treasures the opportunity to work with kids on a daily basis and to support their health and well-being. Dr. Murphy has worked to help develop and sustain TCC’s Behavioral Health team and believes strongly in the importance of focused attention to both the physical and mental health of our children.

Dr. Murphy enjoys running, reading, skiing, discovering new quick dinner recipes, hot yoga, and above all, she loves watching her kids grow up.
