Graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1998. She then completed a residency program in Pediatrics at the University of California at Irvine in 2001. She worked as a general pediatrician in California for several years before she and her husband moved up to Portland in 2004. She is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Murphy grew up in Southern California and attended college at Princeton University where she graduated in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in History.

Dr. Murphy is married to Dr. Kevin Murphy, an orthopedic surgeon at Sports Medicine. Together, they are enjoying the challenges and fun of raising their three young children. Dr. Murphy’s interests include cooking, travel, and trying new restaurants here in Portland. She truly enjoys being a pediatrician and finds it an honor and a pleasure to work with so many children and their families.
