We provide personalized pediatric care in a respectful environment. From well-child visits, to being there when your child is ill, we look forward to providing you with the quality of care you deserve.

How to Establish Care

Gather Information

1

While we are contracted with most insurance companies, it is your responsibility to check with your carrier and confirm that we are “in‐network” for your plan.  Before any visits, please verify what benefits and restrictions (i.e., well-child visits and vaccine coverage) your plan includes.

Choose Your Doctor

2

For new patients to The Children’s Clinic, we offer free parent meetings with our pediatricians. This visit gives expectant parents a chance to meet us, tour our facilities and learn about our services. Please visit our Providers page then call our offices to speak with a new patient coordinator to schedule time to meet with one of our providers.

Newborns

3

Before you leave the hospital, a Children’s Clinic pediatrician will visit you and your newborn.  Your first visit to our clinic should be one to three days after leaving the hospital.  Regular checkups allow our providers to track growth, development, behavioral concerns and any potential signs of early illness.  Visit our well-child timeline for the schedule and details on what happens during each visit.

Call Us

4

To set up a free parent meeting or to establish care for your newborn, please call our offices with insurance information, your provider choice and if you are delivering, let us know which hospital. Call the main number of the clinic location you would like to visit to set up your first appointment.

Preparing for Your Appointment

5

We are passionate about your child’s health and well-being. To help us better serve you, please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment, bring your insurance card and all available medical and immunization records. In order to spend more time with your pediatrician, please complete the new patient packet and bring it with you to your first visit.  If you cannot download the materials, our office will send a packet to you in the mail before your first appointment.
