Dr. Sheff grew up in Wisconsin, where he attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an undergraduate. In 2011, he graduated from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his internship at Peconic Bay Medical Center, on Long Island (New York), in 2012. His pediatric residency training took place at the joint Wright-Patterson AFB/Wright State University program in Dayton, OH. Since graduating from residency in 2015, he’s obtained board certification in pediatrics. He's also had the pleasure of serving in the United States Air Force as a general pediatrician. Currently, he’s stationed at Edwards AFB in southern California, where he provides outpatient care for the children of active duty and retired military members in the community. Dr. Sheff is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Sheff enjoys seeing patients of all ages, from infancy to early adulthood, and building relationships with the families who come in. He has a special interest in developmental and behavioral issues. When not at work, he loves to write poetry and short stories (some of which gets published) along with reading lots of great literature. He’s married with a daughter, and their favorite activities to do as a family are hiking and traveling the world.
