Administrative Manager

Natalie, as Administrative Manager, is responsible for assisting in clinic operations, program coordination, and facilitating the Human Resource needs of our clinics. She manages employee benefits, payroll, new hire processes and orientation, while maintaining a strong understanding of Human Resource laws and guidelines. Natalie also coordinates the clinics’ social media content and is co-chair of our Wellness & Volunteer Committee. Natalie’s employment with TCC began in 2000, and after spending 5 years working as the front office coordinator in the clinic, she moved to our Administration department in 2005.  Natalie takes pride in her diverse knowledge and role at The Children’s Clinic and is always willing to assist where needed.

Natalie is a native of Australia; she is married with a son and daughter. Her interests include fitness & nutrition, interior design, travel, and spending time with her family.
