As a dietitian, I get to hear what families and patients are going through that can make eating go awry. Life is stressful and sometimes the simplest things like eating can become complicated. I love helping families sort things out so eating can become simple and joyful again. When I see patients meet their goals, I feel elated that I could be a supporter for them along their journey. It is important to me that all my patients feel welcome, supported and free to be themselves, so their health goals become a reality.

I got my nutrition degree from Oregon State University and am a proud Oregonian as I have lived here my entire life. I live with my husband, two daughters, and dog and love spending time finding outdoor adventures with my girls and making yummy food.
