Teddy grew up in Portland, Oregon, and studied psychology at the University of Oregon. He spent five years working in ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. With a deep passion for human behavior, Teddy has also dedicated 18 years to exercise and strength training, competing in events like Oregon’s Strongest Man, the Portland Highland Games, the Oregon Powerlifting Championships, and Oregon Arm Wrestling.
Outside of work and training, Teddy is a creative game designer, developing original card and board games, and enjoys hunting for four-leaf clovers. Whether in the clinic, outdoors, or under a barbell, he’s driven by curiosity, creativity, and discipline.
