Zoom Help Center

If you are not seeing an email link for your Zoom meeting, we can use a Meeting ID and password to access your meeting.

Please select your device please  below or visit Zoom for their official help center here. Our team will do their best to guide you through the setup. Please refrain from using a computer from an organization such as a work computer or school as there may be password requirements that will block Zoom from working on your desktop or laptop. 

  1. Open a browser window such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari. Please do not use Internet Explorer
  2. Visit zoom.us/join
  3. Enter your Meeting ID given to you by The Children’s Clinic
  4. Then you will be asked to enter a password that will be given to you by The Children’s Clinic
  5. You will be asked to join and you will wait for the host to bring you into the meeting
  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Search for Zoom and you will download ZOOM Cloud Meetings by Meet Happy
  3. OR download here to go straight to the app in the App Store
  4. Download and open the app when the download is complete
  5. Do not change any settings and click the Join a Meeting button
  6. Enter the Meeting ID given to you by The Children’s Clinic
  7. Then enter the password given to you by The Children’s Clinic
  8. Then please wait for the host to start the meeting
  9. You’ll need to grant access to the camera and mic
  1. Visit the Google Play Store
  2. Search for Zoom 
  3. OR download here to go straight to the app in the Google Play Store
  4. Download and open the app when the download is complete
  5. Do not change any settings and click the Join a Meeting button
  6. Enter the Meeting ID given to you by The Children’s Clinic
  7. Then enter the password given to you by The Children’s Clinic
  8. Then please wait for the host to start the meeting
  9. You’ll need to grant access to the camera and mic
